Kinsey Bundrandt
Family Champion - Madison Co.

Kinsey joined the United Way in July 2024 as Family Champion for Madison County.

Kinsey holds a Bachelor in Social Work from Union University and is currently pursuing her master to further her impact in the field. During her undergraduate studies, she interned at United Way, which gave her hands-on experience with non-profit work. Upon graduation, Kinsey was recognized as Field Student of the Year in 2024 for her work during her internship.

Beyond her work in social services, Kinsey has years of experience as an early childhood and childcare teacher, where she worked with children in safe and engaging environments. She is committed to fostering developmental growth, collaborating with parents, and ensuring every child has the support they need to thrive.

Currently, Kinsey serves as the Madison County Family Champion, where she partners with childcare centers, schools, and community organizations to connect families with essential support programs. She provides direct outreach to families, guiding them through application processes and organizing events to promote awareness of available resources. Her background in early childhood education and social work gives her a deep understanding of child development and the importance of fostering supportive environments for children and families.

Outside of work, Kinsey enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and finding new creative projects to get involved in.
