
Stefania joined the United Way in August 2023 as the Northwest Director of Donor Development. Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Stefania moved to the United States as a teenager and has made West Tennessee her home.
Stefania is passionate about community engagement and strategic planning. She has extensive experience cultivating long-term relationships with community members, partners, and stakeholders, and is dedicated to driving community growth and enhancing local impact.
Prior to her role at United Way, Stefania worked as an Estimating Coordinator at Forcum Lannom Contractors. She has also been heavily involved in leadership and community initiatives, including serving as a member of the Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber of Commerce Diplomats, and participating in both the Dyer County and Gibson County Adult Leadership programs. Stefania has volunteered with the Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber of Commerce and Main Street Dyersburg.
Stefania holds a Technical Degree in Architectural Drafting from Tennessee College of Applied Technology. In 2023, she was recognized with the Emerging Leader of the Year Award by the Dyersburg/Dyer County Chamber of Commerce for her exceptional leadership and commitment to community development.
In her free time, Stefania enjoys painting, exercising, and gardening, all while listening to music. She is deeply committed to making a positive impact in her community, both through her professional work and volunteer efforts.
